Associate Data Processor
Wilmington, DE (Hybrid, three days per week in office)
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
As an Associate Data Processor on the Jurisdictional Services Team at CSC, you will be responsible for executing and validating data loads from third-party sources into our system. Your key tasks include ensuring the accuracy of data changes, performing quality assurance, and monitoring data flow into downstream applications. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the technical team, state agencies, vendors, and internal staff to resolve issues and ensure the seamless integration of data into production. Ideal candidates should have experience in data analysis, quality assurance, and possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based environments.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
• Executing, testing and monitoring data load applications
• Working closely with the technical team
• Data Stewardship and Anomaly Identification
• Verifying the quality of UCC and corporate database updates on a scheduled basis
• Maintaining and updating documentation of operational processes
• Data analysis and Quality assurance
• Ensuring the speedy resolution of issues or delays in data delivery
• Work directly with state agencies, vendors and internal technical staff as issues/questions arise
• Manage their workload as a part of a highly productive team that needs to adhere to a structured set of deadlines
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
• Ability to follow instructions; strong attention to detail and accuracy are critical
• Attention to detail while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• A customer centric approach to service and a desire to seek out process improvements
• Flexibility and agility in adapting to team's needs with a willingness to share knowledge with peers and teammates
• A basic understanding of UCC (Uniform Commercial Codes) and/or business registrations a plus
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills and responsibilities as they arise
• Effective time management and strong prioritization skills
• Ability to proactively manage workload and complete unscheduled special projects as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in performing quality assurance testing for large amounts of data a plus
• Experience working in a Windows based environment
• Advanced Microsoft office skills required
• SQL database experience a plus
