Drive Growth Through Strategic Credit Decisions

The Associate Credit Development Manager supports business growth through credit analysis, risk assessment, and customer relationship management. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance risk while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new and existing customer creditworthiness through financial and risk analysis.
  • Recommend and manage credit limits based on business needs and risk exposure.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to support credit decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support revenue growth while minimizing risk.
  • Resolve customer account issues and support collections and recovery efforts.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, finance, collections, or accounts receivable.
  • Experience reviewing customer financials and making credit recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B, technology, distribution, or SMB environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial credit reporting tools and risk assessment platforms.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
  • Advanced financial statement analysis skills.
  • Professional credit or finance certifications.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $56,000.00 - $89,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
