The Role:
Working with a leading Corporate/M&A partner, you will ideally have 4-8 years’ general corporate law experience. We are particularly keen to speak to Attorneys with experience of working on a variety of transactions, including joint ventures.
Deal-making is our core competency, with an active practice representing buyers and sellers in a variety of industries. Our team is commercially minded, creative, and practical.
We regularly act for buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b and advise founders and significant investors in $1b + transactions. We regularly represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups.
In the Corporate group we also work in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm, ideally experience in a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures.
