Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to join our team and learn, configure, and implement Rillet, a modern, AI-native ERP and accounting platform. In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants and client finance teams to translate accounting requirements into well-designed system solutions, while building expertise in a fast-growing technology. 

What will you do in this role?

• Learn the Rillet platform, including its general ledger, subledgers, revenue recognition, reporting, and integration capabilities.
• Support client implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Gather and document client accounting and reporting requirements and map them to Rillet configuration.
• Configure chart of accounts, entities, dimensions, and workflows based on client needs.
• Assist with data migration, including mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciling historical balances and transactions.
• Perform and document system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Help build and validate financial reports, close processes, and integrations with other business systems.
• Prepare training materials and train client users on new processes and system functionality.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to project leads and clients.
• Contribute to Sikich implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices. 

What do you need to succeed in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, public accounting, or financial systems.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technology and work collaboratively in a team.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the base compensation range for this role is $55,507.20, $77,850.50, $100,193.80. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing.
