Summary
As an associate HCM Systems consultant, you will work with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Human Capital Management software solutions. You will collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results. You will also participate in testing, training, and post-go-live support activities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into HCM System configurations.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of HCM Systems solutions.
- Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training and documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on HCM System best practices, new features, and releases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the consulting team and the firm.
Qualifications
- English language proficiency at CEFR C1 levels or higher, as demonstrated by a bachelor’s degree or certified language examination.
- Intermediate skills with common desktop computing software, including Microsoft Excel.
- Rudimentary understanding of HR functions with enterprise businesses.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Within reasonable commuting distance of downtown Pueblo, CO.
