Job Responsibilities
- Interpret loan documents to support accurate and timely servicing of agency and institutional capital transactions.
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Support the execution of daily servicing operations, including documentation review, data entry, and transaction monitoring.
- Assist in maintaining servicing frameworks for agency products (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners (e.g., WLS, commercial real estate teams) to ensure operational readiness and coordinated client service.
- Maintain performance metrics and support quality control efforts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, financial services, or related operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with high client contact.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of mortgage products, lending, and real estate compliance.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and interpret quantitative reports for performance analysis.
- Exposure to agency products (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS) is a plus.
- Experience with large loan portfolio sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with strategy or workflow software is beneficial.

- Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
