The Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage partnerships, ensure compliance, support invoicing, and enhance Pipedrive's affiliate presence across various channels.

At Pipedrive, partnerships are a key growth driver, and this role sits at the center of it all. You’ll act as the link between external agencies, internal teams, and partners such as affiliates, directories, and influencers. From ensuring financial accuracy and brand compliance to supporting campaigns and partner communications, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly and effectively.

Your new adventure:
- Own and maintain Pipedrive’s presence across key software directories (e.g. G2, Capterra, SourceForge), including regular audits and review generation processes
- Support partner invoicing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy across CPL and CPC models, and identifying discrepancies
- Monitor affiliate program compliance, including reviewing new partners, managing BrandVerity alerts, and enforcing program policies
- Act as a bridge between external agencies and internal teams, translating needs into clear briefs and ensuring smooth execution
- Manage day-to-day partner support via internal channels, acting as the first point of contact for partner queries and troubleshooting
- Assist in creating and launching partner offers and influencer campaigns, including tracking setup and account provisioning
- Drive partner engagement by preparing and sharing product updates, marketing materials, and newsletters
- Support relationship management with partners, including joining calls and contributing to regular business reviews
- Assist in evaluating new partnership opportunities and analyzing expected performance based on available data
- Help maintain overall program health by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all activities
What we’re looking for?
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within e-commerce or B2B environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes with accuracy
- Comfort working with data (Excel, Google Sheets) and ability to interpret performance insights
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in working with both internal teams and external partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Fluency in written and spoken English
It’s a plus if you have
- Experience with affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing programs
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models or SaaS environments
- Exposure to compliance monitoring tools (e.g. BrandVerity)
- Experience supporting invoicing or financial reconciliation processes
- Early experience mentoring others or taking ownership of small projects
