Our team is growing, and we are seeking an Associate Account Manager for our Transportation team! As the Associate Account Manager, you are responsible for analyzing and accurately inputting insurance documentation into EPIC, our agency management system. You will also utilize an imaging system and perform other administrative tasks to support our account management team in servicing trucking clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input insurance information from policy documents into EPIC (agency management system)

  • Identify areas of needed improvement while entering insurance documentation in the system, making such recommendations to management

  • Maintain accurate training materials at workstation to ensure adherence to policies and procedures in relations to the company, area, and clients

  • Support Account Manager(s) as back-up on smaller accounts

  • Complete assigned tasks and projects, as needed

  • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of prior insurance experience

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

  • Prior data processing experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills
