What you will do

  

What you will do 

The Associate Manager, Marketing Programs & Operations supports the execution and adoption of key marketing initiatives, capability programs, and operational processes across North America. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, driving program governance, supporting Marketing Lens adoption, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives. 

  

Working closely with Marketing, Media, Commerce, Digital, and Global partners, the Associate Manager serves as a central point of coordination, helping teams stay aligned, meet milestones, resolve issues, and drive consistent execution across the organization. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

Cross-Brand Program Management 

  • Coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and future enterprise programs. 

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers. 

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and governance forums. 

  • Track risks, dependencies, and key decisions. 

  • Monitor progress against project objectives and escalate issues as needed. 

  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and communicated across stakeholders. 

  

Marketing Lens Adoption & Support 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Marketing Lens support and user enablement. 

  • Lead office hours and user support forums. 

  • Maintain FAQs, training materials, and user documentation. 

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with platform owners. 

  • Gather user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities. 

  • Monitor adoption trends and support continuous improvement efforts. 

  

Marketing Operations Support 

  • Support agency governance and operational processes. 

  • Assist with MarTech onboarding coordination and implementation activities. 

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing documentation. 

  • Track stakeholder feedback and enhancement requests. 

  • Support process documentation and operational excellence initiatives. 

  

Stakeholder Management & Communications 

  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Media, Commerce, Digital, Procurement, and Global teams. 

  • Prepare project updates, leadership materials, and status reports. 

  • Ensure timely communication of milestones, decisions, and action items. 

  • Drive accountability through proactive follow-up and issue resolution. 

  

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing capability programs, or related fields. 

  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder groups. 

  • Agency management / agency collaboration experience.

  • Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills. 

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities. 

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Able to proactively take action in ambiguous situations. 

  • Ownership mentality with curiosity to learn. 

  • Experience working in the CPG industry.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
