The Assistant Vice President, Product Management supports the strategy, development, launch, and ongoing management of annuity products across the full lifecycle. You'll be a partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and customer-focused solutions.

- Support new product design through research, data analysis, and market insights
- Manage products across the lifecycle, including launches and enhancements
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product design, features, and pricing
- Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive trends and recommend improvements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with partners across actuarial, marketing, legal, compliance, IT, and operations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of product materials and disclosures
- Partner with marketing on sales tools and product content
- Manage external platform relationships and ensure product data accuracy
- Support state filings and track approvals and variations
- Communicate priorities, timelines, and risks to stakeholders
- Lead and develop team members, fostering a strong, collaborative environment

What sets you up for success
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in annuity product management or related functions (actuarial, sales, or operations)
- 7 years of expertise in annuity product concepts, regulatory requirements, and annuity landscape
- Track record of managing multiple complex initiatives at once, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Clear and effective communicator, with experience presenting to senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions (e.g., legal, compliance, finance, distribution)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
- Proficiency with annuity third party aggregators
