Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support ongoing construction projects
  • Track project progress and ensure timelines are being met
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and following up on orders
  • Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets
  • Maintain and update project documentation using spreadsheets and project management tools
  • Support communication across teams via email and virtual meetings
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks or delays and flagging them proactively


Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in construction project coordination or project management support
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with budgets and invoices
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured workflows

Qualifications
