Our client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support their construction operations by ensuring projects run smoothly, budgets stay on track, and communication flows effectively across all stakeholders. They operate within the construction industry and have built a strong reputation in recent years by successfully delivering high-quality projects and maintaining consistent growth.

The position requires close collaboration with architects, contractors, and internal teams, while managing key administrative and coordination tasks that keep projects moving forward.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support ongoing construction projects
- Track project progress and ensure timelines are being met
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and following up on orders
- Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets
- Maintain and update project documentation using spreadsheets and project management tools
- Support communication across teams via email and virtual meetings
- Assist in identifying potential project risks or delays and flagging them proactively
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in construction project coordination or project management support
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail, especially when working with budgets and invoices
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Availability to work full-time in a remote environment
- Previous experience supporting construction or engineering projects
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor coordination
- Experience reviewing financial documents such as invoices or budgets
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
- Preference for candidates who are comfortable working on a Mac-based environment
