Assistant – Planning
(Based at MAS Linea Intimo - Biyagama)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect awith marketing teams for the order forecast downloads.
- Connect with operation teams to gain productivity information.
- Connect with internal planning teams to finalize the plan.
- Finalize the capacity plan & releasing the plan on time.
- Delivery quoting to achieve the CRD.
- Make sure to achieve the budgeted loading & plant utilization.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduates or Fresh Graduates in Statistics or Business Studies.
- 1 year work experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Math knowledge with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide insights.
