The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,400.00 USD - 110,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Drive key VIP sales metrics that increase customer engagement, market share, and net revenue while strengthening relationships with high-value players.
- Lead and coach a team of VIP Hosts, providing actionable feedback, performance management, and solutions-focused guidance that elevates results.
- Partner with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs, including comps and player incentives, ensuring strategic and responsible execution.
- Improve operational processes and compliance initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and team effectiveness.
- Develop and implement impactful sales training programs that sharpen skills and raise performance standards across the VIP team.
- Manage escalations with urgency and professionalism, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver timely, high-quality resolutions for players.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience with at least 4 years of experience in Marketing and Sales focused on relationship building, retention, and revenue growth.
- At least 1 year of direct experience managing a sales team, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies that increase revenue while improving operational efficiency and controlling expenses.
- A passion for enhancing the player experience with strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead with clarity and confidence.
- The ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
