Qualifications
- Live a demonstrated commitment to Christian Science
- At least 18 years old, high school graduate or equivalent at time of employment
- Willingness to uphold high moral and ethical standards
- Leadership experience in a role working closely with others
- Enthusiasm for working with young people with love, patience, and consistency
- Ability to flexibly support in a variety of areas as needs arise
- Ability to participate in outdoor adventure and recreational activities
- Ability and willingness to live in a cabin with other staff when needed
