In this role, you will impact product quality and manufacturing efficiency by accurately assembling components, conducting rigorous tests, and identifying any issues early in the production process to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform detailed assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to established procedures and specifications.
- Conduct functional and performance testing on assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document defects or deviations, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly and test results for traceability and reporting purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly and testing processes.
- Run daily Tier meetings, direct daily work of the team & assist in driving accountability.
- Reviews daily completion logs for operational improvement opportunities, maintains daily/weekly HSE documentation, and manages 5-S activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly and testing roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, test equipment, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Experience using electronic test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and functional testers.
- Ability to identify defects and troubleshoot assembly and test issues effectively.

- Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics, manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience with automated test equipment and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
