Department Overview
The North America Channel Sales team works with approved Motorola partners and empower partners to provide integrated voice and data solutions to ensure that the business critical needs of commercial customers are continuously met.
Job Description

This role is responsible for the direct comprehensive sales planning and strategic account management for both new and existing clients, overseeing the full portfolio of solutions and products. You will also lead the strategy and execution of the enterprise sales team, including hiring, professional development, and performance coaching to drive business results.

Strategic Sales & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate trusted advisor status with key influencers in Operations and IT to deliver impactful results through independent, directed action.

  • Facilitate direct customer management for partners while monitoring competitive landscapes and technological disruptors.

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Serve as a consultant for Account Managers, conducting joint sales calls to enhance field training and operational efficiency.

  • Guide internal teams through critical projects and issue resolution with a clear sense of purpose.

Business Development & Operations

  • Proactively identify large-scale hardware and software opportunities, prioritizing next-generation technology platforms.

  • Deliver precise weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts while building a robust pipeline for the team.

  • Coordinate with internal partners—including marketing, product management, and sales operations—to ensure territory objectives and revenue targets are achieved.

  • Maintain accurate customer intelligence within the Motorola CRM and leverage incentives to drive quarterly revenue.

Location & Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel greater than 50% of the time

  • Preferred candidates will live in one of the following states TN, AL, AR, LA, MS

Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
