  • Lead contractor bidding, permitting, and construction oversight, including RFIs, payment application review, cost changes, and progress documentation.

  • Lead interior finish selection and approval processes with internal teams and tenants.

  • Manage project close‑out activities including punchlists, tenant and property management walkthroughs, and turnover documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related environmental design field; advanced degree in healthcare design preferred.

  • Registered Architect, Interior Designer, or similar professional designation. Maintain registration meeting continuing education requirements of the licensing authority.

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare design and construction documentation, with strong familiarity in healthcare environments.

  • Skilled in construction management with demonstrated strengths in problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

  • Proven ability to manage design integrity while delivering projects within approved budgets and schedules.

  • Proficient in Revit or other BIM/visualization platforms.

  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including multi‑day trips across multiple cities.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
