About This Role

We are seeking an Apprentice. This position is the gateway to becoming a Junior Technician and beyond. We view this job as an opportunity for you to learn an exciting and rewarding profession while getting paid. It is our responsibility to provide you with a constant learning experience. It is your responsibility to make the necessary time and effort to advance yourself by learning the new skills we show you. This position is based out of our growing Gypsum, CO office.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Working under the direction of the Lead Technicians to help them quickly and professionally complete their work.
  • Working under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, Sales Manager and Service Manager to help them with the storage of inventory in our warehouse & trucks. And when directed to, bringing the necessary materials to the Technicians in the field, etc.
  • Helping to keep a neat and orderly appearance of our facility and trucks.  .

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements.
  • To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls; hear, and talk. 
  • The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat. 
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces. 
  • The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required. 
  • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons.  
  • This role is expected to work Monday through Friday from 7:30am-5pm, with occasional on call weeks. 

The pay for this position is $23/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
