As a clinical expert, you will be part of and work closely with the commercial team, facilitating evidence-based practice and support to both customers and team members from pre-sale activities and throughout the entire product life cycle, including supporting and developing the installed base.

Provide on-site and in-depth education and training sessions to external customers, with the ability to propose solutions to day-to-day clinical and operational challenges.
Design and deliver flexible training solutions to meet specific customer needs, including remote or online education.
Investigate and analyze local market and customer needs, using in-depth knowledge of ultrasound systems and clinical workflows to support commercial strategies and projects.
Share relevant insights and prioritize information to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain awareness of competitive solutions and understand key differentiators in the market.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in close collaboration with the local commercial team.
Act as a subject matter resource for colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Join and support the team in marketing and educational activities such as trade shows, workshops, and congresses.
A role at this level requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, combined with ultrasound technical and/or clinical experience.
Demonstrated hands-on experience working with ultrasound systems.
Solid understanding of clinical education and adult learning principles.
Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and adapt messaging based on the audience.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Valid driving license.
Fluency in Swedish and good working knowledge of English.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and solve problems effectively.
Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in taking ownership of responsibilities.
Customer- and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Prior experience within the ultrasound field is a requirement.
