About the Role:  
Eyelit Technologies is seeking an experienced Application Specialist, who will play a crucial role in delivering and supporting successful projects using Eyelit Technologies’ suite of tools. You will be working with some of the world's most prestigious manufacturing companies both on and off site to drive improvement in their productivity. The primary goal is to drive success and deliver value on one customer with multiple sites across the globe. 

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Engage with customers at all levels, from boardroom executives to shop-floor staff, to understand their requirements and determine optimal solutions. 

  • Oversee project implementations from initial customer training through to ongoing support, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes. 

  • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using Eyelit Technologies systems. 

  • Configure Eyelit Technologies’ solutions to accurately model and integrate with customer environments. 

  • Specify, develop, and test interfaces to integrate Eyelit Technologies with third-party systems. 

  • Build and customize screens, dashboards, and user interfaces using Eyelit Technologies’ designer tools. 

  • Perform testing of new releases and updates to ensure functionality and reliability. 

  • Test and commission the final system to confirm it meets all specified requirements and performance standards. 

  • Provide first and second-line support to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns effectively. 

  • Travel to customer sites with to provide on-site support and implementation services. 

  • Lead or participate in various assigned projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and project goals. 

  • Collaborate with customers post-implementation to ensure the system delivers long-term value and meets key performance areas. 

Experience and Education:  

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering) 

  • 6+ years’ experience in manufacturing (Manufacturing Management or Software Solutions implementation within the manufacturing industry) 

  • 6+ years' experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a related field 

  • In depth knowledge of manufacturing key drivers / challenges and industry KPI’s, enabling the guidance of best practice use of the product to meet business priorities for the customer 

  • Understanding of integration methods and APIs to connect the company's solutions with other systems and ability to lead selection of optimum solutions. 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to senior level, understand their business needs, and provide effective solutions. Ability to lead longer term strategic technical discussions for future opportunities with the product 

  • Proficiency in delivering presentations to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits. 

Nice-to-have: 

  • Experience supporting an enterprise software application 

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions 

  • Experience with SQL or Oracle databases 

  • Experience in C# or other .Net technologies 

  • Previous experience interfacing with shop-floor control systems 

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, solution implementation or industry-specific certifications can be advantageous (PMP, etc)  

  • Strong interest in IT / Computer technology
