Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia

The Application Enablement Analyst will join the Technical Operations team of a healthcare data and analytics software company. This role reports to the Application Enablement Manager and will involve a combination of client-facing, process improvement, and technical responsibilities.

As a rapidly growing organization, we recognize that agility and scalability are critical to our success. Our Application Enablement team has the privilege of furthering these principles by both defining and implementing improvements across our product suite. We are a team of healthcare workflow enthusiasts and operational problem solvers who thrive on tackling some of the most challenging problems in healthcare. Our analysts are empowered to think creatively about how we deliver value to our clients and collaboratively drive improvements across their portfolio of 2-4 products.

This specific role is deeply consultative in nature, partnering with clients to understand their value-based care reporting goals and guiding them toward holistic strategies that span multiple Arcadia Analytics tools. Our analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights that empower both payers and providers to improve outcomes, enhance performance, and achieve measurable impacts across their healthcare programs. Candidates must have hands-on experience creating and analyzing value-based care reports and contributing to decision-making on strategies to optimize performance under value-based contracts, including initiatives focused on quality improvement, financial outcomes, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who have driven value-based care strategy and reporting within their own organization and are now eager to apply that expertise in a consultative capacity—advising both payer and provider organizations on how to maximize success in this evolving landscape.
