We are looking for participants to join a research project focused on Apple Watch usage. If you've been actively using your Apple Watch since May 2024, this is a great opportunity to get involved!
Project Goal:
We aim to better understand how Apple Watch users interact with health and wellness features over time. Your participation will help us improve future user experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
- You own an Apple Watch Series 4 or newer.
- You have been consistently using the watch for at least one year, starting from May 2024.
- You typically wear the watch for at least 4 days per week, and more than 12 hours per day.
- “Stand Up and Move Around” notifications
- “Mindful Session” notifications
- “Handwashing Timer” notifications
For the past year, you have had at least one of the following notifications enabled at all times:

- Confirming your eligibility.
- A short online interview or survey.
- Potential further participation in the study.
