G2M Insights | Hybrid| Contract

At G2M Insights, we help organizations connect data to business outcomes. Our Analytics Data Engineers sit at the center of that mission—turning raw data into pipelines, models, and reporting structures that enable clarity, speed, and smarter decisions.

We’re looking for a contract Analytics Data Engineer who can jump in quickly, partner with our consultants, and deliver real impact. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and outcome-driven. This would be paid on a weekly rate to start out during the contract period.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines across cloud data platforms (Snowflake experience a plus).
  • Write clean, efficient SQL to transform, validate, and prepare data for analytics use cases.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions in Power BI to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with consultants and business users to translate requirements into data models and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, tune, and maintain performance of data workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and trust in reporting and analytics outputs.

What you bring:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL—you know how to structure queries for performance and clarity.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools), with a focus on usability and accuracy.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines in modern cloud ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Python, dbt, or other transformation frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
  • Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business conversations.

Why G2M:
You’ll be part of a team that values clarity over complexity, speed over bureaucracy, and outcomes over activity. We’re practical, we’re collaborative, and we’re obsessed with helping leaders get to the signal in their data.
