Job Title: Analyst, Supply Chain

Role Summary
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with strong US industry experience to collaborate with our Managers and Directors in delivering data-driven insights and innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges. In this role, you’ll leverage advanced analytics, modeling, and strategic problem-solving to support key decision-making and drive value for clients across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support senior strategy teams in designing and implementing supply chain solutions for multiple clients.
• Assist in developing and modeling supply chain options that align with client requirements.
• Define, prepare, and manage data requirements; extract, clean, and structure large datasets using Excel and database tools.
• Build business case models and prepare project documentation for client presentations.
• Contribute to project management activities, including planning and execution.
• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure alignment with project deliverables.
• Adhere to all company and client safety standards and compliance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of professional US industry experience in supply chain, preferably in consulting or industry roles.
• Understanding of key supply chain functions, including network design, logistics, warehousing, domestic and international freight, inventory management, S&OP, and supply chain finance.
• Advanced skills in Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable.
• Programming skills in Python or similar tools for advanced data analysis is desirable.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word for professional presentations and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to connect analysis to business impact.
