The Opportunity:

LG Ad Solutions is currently looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and technical Tech Ops Analyst to join our team. Working closely to support the Operations team, the Tech Ops Analyst will help support the Operations teams managing digital ad campaigns for Fortune 500 brands to ensure the successful delivery of our customers’ campaigns. This includes but is not limited to technical campaign support, troubleshooting, product support, reporting, and analysis. The Tech Ops Analyst will act as a product, technical, and operational expert and resource as they support the team and our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations team in the form of technical support, troubleshooting, product support, reporting, and analysis.

  • Be the SME on assigned key accounts, pods, and products working closely with Account Managers and Campaign Specialists.

  • Assist with advanced, custom, and in-depth reporting to help support assigned pod and accounts.

  • Work cross functionally across many operations, product, data, and technical teams to find solutions and drive the success of our campaigns and clients.

  • Leverage a deep understanding of data, technical capabilities, reporting/analysis,

    and product capabilities to remove roadblocks and drive the success of our clients’ campaigns.

  • Work closely with Product to understand features/capabilities, improve products, and drive innovation with current and future products and help create technical documentation.

  • Assist as needed in technical pre-sales needs including vetting ad specs and enhanced ad units.

  • Assist in testing new products and features and helping onboard new partners.

  • Assist in the management, documentation, and upkeep of key tools and processes crucial to the success of the Operations team.

  • Helps own highly impactful projects on backlog to create and drive the improvement of campaign performance, workflows, processes, tools, and products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical related degree

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint required

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and clients simultaneously

  • High level of adaptability

  • High level of critical thinking and understanding of data

  • Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines and SLAs

  • Strong attention to details

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally across geographies with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytics skills such as Excel, SQL, Python

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau

  • Experience working in applications such as Asana or Jira

  • Experience working in any of following: media planning, managing and/or optimizing digital media campaigns preferred

  • Familiarity with ad serving, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad tech ecosystem preferred
