Work Arrangement:
This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta (GA), Austin (TX), Detroit (MI), Warren (MI), or Mountain View (CA) you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
The Role:
The Analyst, Executive Compensation Reporting plays a critical role in supporting the company's executive compensation programs through accurate and timely reporting and disclosure. This position is primarily responsible for preparing and analyzing data for the annual proxy statement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with internal governance standards.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the preparation and review of executive compensation-related disclosures in the annual proxy statement (e.g., Summary Compensation Table, Grants of Plan-Based Awards, CEO Pay Ratio, Pay vs. Performance).
  • Maintain and validate data related to executive pay, equity awards, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of executive compensation data across public filings.
  • Support the development of Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) narratives and related exhibits.
  • Monitor changes in SEC regulations, proxy advisory firm policies (e.g., ISS, Glass Lewis), and market trends to assess potential impact on disclosures.
  • Support internal and external audits related to executive compensation reporting.
  • Maintain documentation and process controls to ensure data integrity and compliance

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in executive compensation, financial reporting, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEC disclosure requirements, especially related to executive compensation.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CCP)
  • Familiarity with equity compensation plans and performance-based incentive structures.
  • Experience with disclosure benchmarking tools and databases.
  • Experience working in a publicly traded company or with proxy statement preparation

Compensation:
  • The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $105,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance
