    • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses
    • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way

What to Expect:

  • Hands-on mentorship and training to build your skills in compensation strategy and analytics
  • Exposure to senior leadership and real business challenges
  • A collaborative, supportive team that values learning and innovation
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our teammates

What Will Help You Succeed:

  • You’re a self-starter who’s eager to grow—both personally and professionally—and continuously improve how we work.
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You take ownership of your work and are accountable for driving projects to successful outcomes.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively—whether you’re writing, presenting, or collaborating across teams and levels.
  • You’re adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • You value collaboration, contribute to a team learning culture, and help foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (any major with strong analytical or business focus); Master’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years relevant experience
  • Strong Excel skills and a love for working with data
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities from multiple sources in a fluid environment
  • Project experience or comparable problem solving or analytical background
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills

What We’ll Provide:
