The team focus on identifying and building strong partnerships with organisations who are looking to provide BIN Sponsorship and Banking as a Service models to new to market fintechs and businesses. These partners represent some of the most entrepreneurial organizations Mastercard work with today and are constantly looking to partner with us to utilize the full set of or our core products to drive new and exciting solutions to an ever-evolving marketplace. You will be reporting to Director, BIN Sponsorship and Banking as a Service, working closely with many stakeholders within Mastercard and our partner organizations. We are looking for a hard working team player with the drive and experience to lead on operational and technical challenges presented by this set of customers, as well as supporting the commercial and strategic relationships.
The Role• Supporting this exciting customer segment (BIN Sponsors and BaaS) by working with the team's account managers, managing the day to day operational relationship and the delivery of new to market payment products.• Building long term relationships with key partners bringing scalable fintech and BaaS propositions to market.• Manage the client's compliance with Mastercard rules / obligations and be familiar with navigating Mastercard manuals. • Assist in identifying business opportunities whilst supporting sales strategy and execution.• Responsible for taking the lead on quickly understanding challenges and working with cross functional partners to deliver timely resolutions.• You will be the interface to key cross-functional partners such as AML, Franchise, Risk, BDF, Finance and Legal. Working with these partners to deliver a seamless solution for our end customers.• Identifying operational gaps and areas of opportunity to improve team processes.• Supporting business case development and commercial proposals for new and renewal customer deals
