Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking ANALYSIS & REPORTING (A&R) TRAINING DEVELOPERS/INSTRUCTORS LEVEL 1 with strong SIGINT expertise to develop and enhance training programs within the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will design, document, and deliver training materials across multiple modalities, including transcription, translation, analysis, and blended learning methods. You will collaborate with instructors, government stakeholders, and contractors to align training with mission requirements and prepare the next generation of SIGINT professionals. U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clarify and document operational requirements, training objectives, and instructional needs.
  • Conduct research using classified and unclassified sources to support curriculum content.
  • Develop training materials for transcription, translation, and analysis of task-based exercises.
  • Utilize tools such as Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premier to design blended learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with SIGINT subject matter experts and stakeholders to acquire and refine training content.
  • Design practical evaluations to measure student mastery of training objectives.
  • Identify and recommend applications and tools to enhance training delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with government and contractor instructors to meet program objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph. (In-scope CI polys considered with CCA pending FS adjudication.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Language, Area Studies, Education, Educational Technology, ISD, Intelligence, or related discipline; OR four additional years of applied experience in lieu of degree (total nine years).
  • At least one year of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience within the last four years, including synchronous/asynchronous delivery and skills-based adult learning methods.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience, including:
    • Three (3) years as a SIGINT or IC Intelligence Analyst.
    • One (1) year within the last six (6) years developing or updating training materials using ISD principles.

Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in training technologies and eLearning platforms.
  • Experience developing assessments and hands-on training simulations for SIGINT disciplines.
  • Prior DoD or Intelligence Community training development experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-agency stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 – $76,000 annually
The listed pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guaranteed salary. Final compensation will be determined based on the role’s responsibilities, the candidate’s education, experience, and skill set, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws or agreements. Additional Details
Travel: Minimal, as required.
Work Environment: On-site at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas.
