Your Title: Americas Sales Representative | Reality Capture

Job Location: 100% - USA (Remote) with 50% travel across the Americas and occasionally worldwide

Hiring Range: $75,400-$122,960

What You Will Do:

As our Americas Sales Representative, you will be a key player in driving the success of our Reality Capture and Mobile Mapping solutions. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets within your territory by leveraging your knowledge of market dynamics and your technical sales skills. You will work to empower our distribution partners, foster strong customer relationships, and be the voice of the customer to our internal product teams, ensuring we continue to deliver innovative solutions that boost productivity and safety.

  • You will increase market share through a combination of direct-led sales and by developing our distributor sales teams with effective coaching and feedback.

  • You will develop and adjust sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed revenue goals in a growing market.

  • You will actively seek out new partnerships and channel opportunities to expand our industry footprint.

  • You will create and present monthly and quarterly territory sales forecasts and analyze the sales funnel to identify opportunities.

  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Trimble to ensure our customers are offered complete and integrated solutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise. We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology or solutions sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

  • Experience guiding deals through a distribution channel and identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients.

  • The ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert for customers and partners, leading technical discussions and product demonstrations with confidence.

  • A strong background that includes knowledge of surveying, GIS, and various LIDAR applications.

  • Familiarity with markets such as Transportation, Roads, and Energy as they relate to geospatial data.

Experience that would be a great addition:

  • Specific experience with Trimble scanning hardware and software.

  • A background in professional measurement within the utilities or telecom industries.

  • Professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.

About Your Location:

This role can be based out of our Westminster, Colorado office in a hybrid model or can be fully 100% remote within the United States. You will work with your manager to establish a schedule that fits the needs of the business and your position. This role requires the ability to travel a minimum of 50% throughout the Americas and occasionally worldwide.

The Field Systems division combines products and software that drive productivity and safety in land survey, buildings, and construction markets Worldwide. We serve a variety of industry verticals including Transportation, Utilities, Mining, Vertical Construction, Infrastructure and Energy.
