Pix4D is seeking a talented Sales Executive to manage the Western region of our North American sales team.  You will be a key member of PIX4D’s dynamic team supporting enterprise clients, public utilities, and multiple customer segments requiring visual analysis across the West.

As a Sales Executive, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth across key sector accounts focusing on Civil Infrastructure, Utilities, Surveying, Geomatics, and Construction Management.  You will manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, guiding prospective clients as they transition from legacy field operations to modern 2D/3D photogrammetry and GIS workflows.  You will develop a deep understanding of the Pix4D ecosystem (including PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dcatch, PIX4Dcloud, and PIX4Dfields) and effectively articulate value propositions, productivity gains, and ROI to executives, technical stakeholders, corporate GIS directors, and field-level operators.

For Colorado-based hires: Compensation Range: Base range is $61K to $95K with additional quarterly bonuses based on performance, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes an opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus based on the Company’s plans and in accordance with the Company’s policies. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Responsibilities

    • Territory & Account Ownership: Take ownership of assigned territory, understanding its unique market dynamics, competitive landscape, and domain-specific customer needs across infrastructure and utility sectors.  
    • Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and manage leads through various channels (inbound, outbound, direct, e-commerce, and reseller networks).
    • Solution Selling & Pre-Sales Discovery: Conduct thorough technical discovery to map out clear solution workflows, success criteria, and demonstrate tangible time, cost, and safety savings for prospective infrastructure, engineering, and utility clients.   
    • Product Alignment: Present tailored proposals and demonstrate how the Pix4D portfolio (PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dcatch, PIX4Dcloud, etc.) solves complex challenges like decentralized line inspections, site mapping, coordinate accuracy, and 3D modeling.   
    • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs, seamless technical onboarding, and effective market feedback loops.  
    • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and account details in the CRM system.

Requirements
    • A bachelor's degree
    • A minimum of 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the software, geospatial or technology industry
    • Direct professional background or strong working knowledge of decentralized infrastructure environments, including Utilities, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or Construction Management.
    • Domain familiarity with geospatial data, photogrammetry, GIS workflows, drone technology (UAVs), coordinate systems, or remote sensing.   
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts (e.g., point clouds, mesh accuracy, coordinate systems) to both field operators and executive decision-makers.   
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to manage time and consistently exceed revenue targets.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites, industry tradeshows, and Pix4D regional roadshows (30–40%).
