Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused individual contributor with a passion for sales, technology, and operational excellence. Our mission to maximizing sellers' time by delivering data-driven insights that prioritize accounts mapped to customer conversations—ultimately driving sales results.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Americas Sales Execution, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensure seamless execution of projects, and drive operational impact through process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
  • Ensure smooth project execution by identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Hold team members accountable for timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as liaison between sales, operations, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Engage sales SMEs to provide expertise for optimal program outcomes
  • Build strong relationships across functions to lead without direct authority
  • Maintain clear, transparent communication across all stakeholders
  • Create and manage documentation to guide execution and ensure clarity of tasks and timelines
  • Leverage virtual collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Salesforce)
  • Apply Agile methodologies to adapt quickly and execute efficiently

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of combined experience in sales operations, program management, or business strategy in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple modalities of communication
  • Ability to use data driven analysis to measure success (such as PowerBI, Airtable, Excel, Wiki, Sharepoint)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
