The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The person hired for the position of Americas MedSurg Strategic Program Manager – Commercial Supply Chain will lead cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial strategy with operational execution across the MedSurg business. This role plays a critical part in driving business and financial performance by enabling commercialization readiness, strengthening supply continuity, and advancing strategic growth opportunities.

This position serves as a key partner to commercial and functional leadership, translating strategic priorities into coordinated programs that enhance operational alignment, improve customer outcomes, and deliver measurable impact.

As an Americas MedSurg Strategic Program Manager – Commercial Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading medium to large, high-visibility cross-functional initiatives supporting commercialization, supply chain readiness, and commercial execution.
  • Connecting commercial strategy with operational execution to enable revenue growth and improved business performance.
  • Partnering with commercial teams to identify opportunities, address constraints, and support customer-aligned execution strategies.
  • Translating strategic priorities into structured execution plans, milestones, and performance tracking.
  • Enhancing transparency and communication through proactive stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership updates.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 4 years of project management experience.

OR

  • Highschool/ GED AND 6 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 6 years of project management experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience working with demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcome.
  • Strong program or project management experience leading medium to large initiatives.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and influencing skills without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

Work location:

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
