- K18 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Marketplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing 3P Amazon business across the U.S., Canada, UK, and EU.
- This role will focus on executional tasks related to listing management, reporting, inventory coordination, and cross-functional support. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Operations Support
- Assist in managing daily operations of Amazon Seller Central across US, CA, UK, and EU marketplaces
- Support listing creation and updates, including NIS forms, PDP content changes, and product uploads
- Upload inbound order tracking information and documentation to Seller Central
- Monitor inventory levels and support coordination with supply chain and warehouse teams to help prevent stockouts or overstock
- Process and submit Amazon US and CA inbound orders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth receiving
- Reporting & Analysis
- Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
- Track key KPIs including sales, conversion, and buy box win rate
- Surface actionable insights to the Senior Manager for ongoing optimization
- Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the daily point of contact with the external Amazon agency on executional tasks (e.g., catalog troubleshooting, purchase order quantity approvals, etc.)
- Support project management and follow-ups on ad hoc agency requests
- Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align on content uploads, promotional plans, and inventory movements
- Content & Affiliate Program Coordination
- Assist in auditing Amazon Storefront and A+ Content pages for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines
- Upload updated assets and product detail content to Seller Central as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or Amazon Seller Central preferred
- Basic understanding of Amazon operations and account structures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment
Salary Range: $33.65/hr-$38.46/hr (in USD $)
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
