About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising Manager who can run day-to-day PPC and DSP while providing strategic guidance and some light people leadership. This is a performance-driven role focused on delivering accuracy, compliance, and discoverability across large-scale product catalogs.
In this role, you’ll balance execution with creative problem-solving in high-CPC categories, navigate budget constraints, and focus on incremental sales drivers (not just ROAS) to grow share efficiently. You’ll also partner directly with client leads and internal stakeholders to turn insights into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Fully own end-to-end PPC execution across assigned accounts and keep structures clean, focused, and scalable
- Build, optimize, and manage a full suite of Sponsored Ads (auto, exact, phrase, broad) with clean brand negation and disciplined category/product targeting.
Lead full-funnel DSP planning and execution, turning objectives into practical campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes
- Create, manage, and optimize DSP campaigns across the funnel—from conversion to awareness - including audience building, practical frequency caps, inventory selection, and creative coordination.
Use AMC to move beyond surface ROAS and quantify incremental impact and lifetime value, then translate insights into action
- Use AMC to analyze beyond ROAS (e.g., incremental contribution, pathway insights, LTV) and translate findings into clear actions.
Turn Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance into clear strategies that grow share and defend head terms
- Leverage Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance to improve market share and inform robust media strategies that support growth.
Communicate complex trade-offs to executives with clarity, setting expectations when ROAS fluctuates while long-term value increases
- Explain complex topics (e.g., high CPCs, head-term focus, non-brand growth) to executives - setting expectations when ROAS fluctuates while long-term value increases.
Own budget strategy and in-flight pacing so plans stay on target, making decisive reallocations when constraints or opportunities emerge
- Reallocate spend to highest-return areas; create simple plans to handle over/under-pacing and make tradeoffs visible.
Continuously self-audit accounts to surface growth opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of new inputs
- Run self-audits to identify growth opportunities; mine discovery inputs for new terms and placements; keep a lightweight change log for accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years managing the Amazon media ecosystem across search and display (hands-on).
- 2+ years in an agency or multi-account environment.
- Hands on Amazon DSP experience
- Proven management of $250K+ monthly media budgets.
- Experience with data-driven media analysis, media-mix or multi-touch attribution concepts, and shopper insights.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute media strategies end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills; fluent in eCommerce & retail KPIs.
- Confident presenter to executive leadership
- Detail-oriented project manager with excellent follow-through.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem solving.
- Effective cross-functional partner across marketing, sales, media, agency, and finance.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $70,000-$90,000 + variable compensation
- Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
- Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance
- 401k with company contribution
- Commuter benefits
- Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth
What to Expect:
- 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
- 2nd Round: 45-minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager
