We drive the brand’s financial vision by creating and analyzing short-term and long-term plans that shape the future of the business. As Director of Global FP&A, you will lead the development of strategic financial plans, model new growth opportunities, and partner across functions to monitor progress against key initiatives.

Your work will include embedding financial checkpoints throughout the product creation process, ensuring alignment with margin expansion goals, product KPIs tied to the long-range plan, and closing gaps versus strategic outlook. You’ll collaborate closely with global brand leaders, Merchandising, Planning & Product Development, Strategy, Supply Chain, and regional finance teams to deliver insights that influence decisions and drive performance.

Oversee global brand expenses—including marketing, merchandising, product development, and innovation—while partnering with HR to ensure visibility into hiring and promotion processes.
  • Enable Strategic Investments
Support global digital transformation and supply chain initiatives by setting expectations for future investments aligned with growth drivers.
  • Standardize and Simplify
