Role Summary

As a Systems Engineer, you will be a critical technical resource supporting VAST Data’s strategic technology and go-to-market alliances. You will work closely with VAST’s alliances, sales, product, and engineering teams to drive joint solutions, integrations, and technical alignment with HPE, Lenovo and Supermicro. Your deep technical expertise, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable architectures will accelerate adoption and strengthen VAST’s partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical interface between VAST Data and strategic alliance partners.
  • Develop and deliver technical enablement, demos, proof of concepts, and joint solution architectures with partners.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and validate integrations, solution blueprints, and reference architectures.
  • Participate in joint customer engagements, articulating VAST’s value within partner-led solutions.
  • Provide feedback to VAST product and engineering teams based on partner and customer requirements.
  • Author technical collateral including integration guides, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
  • Represent VAST at partner events, webinars, and joint field activities.
  • Support alliance business development teams with technical insights to influence joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain deep expertise on VAST’s technology and roadmap, as well as relevant partner platforms and solutions.
