PTC is seeking a strategic and field-oriented Alliances Manager, Accenture – Americas to drive co-selling and partnership alignment between PTC and Accenture across the Americas region. This role sits within the Global Alliances organization and reports directly to the Global Alliance Lead for Accenture. The primary focus is to accelerate joint sales motions, expand account penetration, and foster strong relationships between PTC and Accenture sales teams in the Americas.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring high emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and advance complex sales engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably with experience in engineering software, system integrators (GSIs), or consulting organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, or TCS.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary field-facing liaison between PTC and Accenture sales teams across the Americas.
· Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, and account-level collaboration.
· Build and maintain relationships with Accenture’s Industry X team and other key stakeholders.
· Develop and execute regional business plans to expand PTC’s footprint within Accenture-influenced accounts.
· Align internal PTC sales leadership with Accenture’s regional teams to support pipeline growth and governance.
· Track and report on influenced pipeline, forecast, and alliance health metrics.
· Facilitate stakeholder alignment, joint value proposition development, and strategic account planning.
· Articulate joint value around engineering, digital thread, PLM, ALM, AI, and digital transformation.
· Support cross-functional collaboration with PTC’s global alliance managers, field alliance managers, and sales teams.
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, alliances, or business development roles.
· Prior experience working within or alongside GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, TCS) highly preferred.
· Familiarity with engineering software or industry-specific software solutions (e.g., PLM, ALM, CAD, simulation tools).
· Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic pitches, articulate joint value propositions, and influence stakeholders.
· Strong understanding of consulting-led sales motions, especially within verticals such as MedTech, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, or Industrial.
· Experience managing complex partnerships and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
· Comfortable with ~25% travel, including client meetings, internal alignment sessions, and industry events.
