- Create scalable video formats that can be used across sports, schools, states, athletes, rankings, milestones, and recurring editorial franchises
- Turn structured data and editorial concepts into scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, motion graphics, finished videos, and social-first clips
- Develop AI-assisted systems that reduce manual production time while maintaining quality, accuracy, brand standards, and editorial judgment
- Expand the use of AI tools in studio, podcast, editorial, and social video production
- Help identify new video storytelling opportunities across MaxPreps, NFHS Network, GoFan, and PlayOn content ecosystems
In this role, you can expect to
- Produce AI-assisted video content for digital, social, editorial, studio, and podcast platforms
- Use AI video, audio, editing, scripting, motion, design, transcription, captioning, and voiceover tools to improve production efficiency and output
- Support studio programming by creating repeatable podcast-to-video workflows, including full episodes, cutdowns, topic segments, vertical clips, audiograms, highlight packages, and social promotional assets
- Build templates and production systems for recurring content formats such as rankings, player spotlights, team features, historical trends, recruiting stories, records, milestones, previews, recaps, and breaking news
- Partner with editorial teams to turn sports data, rankings, statistics, and story ideas into clear, engaging video narratives
- Collaborate with studio, social, and video teams to improve how podcasts and long-form programming are packaged, distributed, clipped, and extended across platforms
- Experiment with AI-generated visuals, synthetic or AI-assisted voiceover, automated editing, motion graphics, captions, archival footage, highlight-style storytelling, and platform-specific creative formats
- Evaluate new AI tools and recommend practical ways to integrate them into existing production workflows
- Document repeatable workflows so other producers, editors, social leads, and editorial team members can use them
- Maintain quality control around factual accuracy, sports context, rights usage, visual standards, tone, brand voice, and editorial integrity
To thrive in this role, you have
- Experience producing video content for digital, social, editorial, studio, sports, media, or entertainment platforms
- Strong hands-on experience using AI video tools and AI-assisted production workflows
- Experience creating video outputs using a combination of scripting, editing, voiceover, motion graphics, templates, archival assets, and AI-generated content

- Experience producing vertical video, YouTube content, podcast clips, explainers, highlight-style packages, or short-form social video
- Familiarity with MaxPreps, NFHS Network, GoFan, high school athletics, recruiting, statistics, rankings, and sports storytelling
- Interest in emerging AI tools and their practical application in a real newsroom, studio, content, or production environment
