Job Summary:
- Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead the integration of artificial intelligence and advanced digital solutions into its operational environment.
- This role is responsible for driving the adoption of AI within real-world manufacturing processes, ensuring measurable impact across efficiency, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience implementing AI initiatives in industrial settings and the ability to bridge operational needs with advanced technology solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or industrial environments
- Minimum 2–3 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing AI or advanced data-driven solutions in manufacturing or industrial settings (required)
- Proven track record delivering measurable business impact from AI initiatives (e.g., OEE improvement, scrap reduction, cost savings, predictive maintenance results)
- Experience collaborating with data science, analytics, or AI engineering teams to deploy solutions into production environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (automotive, metal, electronics, or similar industries preferred)
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving operations, IT, and digital teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Knowledge:
- Applied AI/ML in manufacturing (predictive maintenance, computer vision, anomaly detection, demand forecasting)
- Industrial data ecosystems (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, ERP integration)
- Data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing concepts
- Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of AI-driven initiatives within manufacturing operations
- Define and implement use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality optimization, and process automation
- Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, IT, and data teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Translate operational challenges into scalable AI and data-driven solutions
- Drive adoption and change management across operational teams
- Monitor and evaluate performance and ROI of AI initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in AI and smart manufacturing
Preferred / Strong Plus:
- Direct ownership or leadership of at least one AI implementation project in a plant environment
- Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, or working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience scaling AI or digital solutions across multiple plants or regions
- Exposure to enterprise digital transformation or Industry 4.0 programs
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification

- Candidates must demonstrate real-world application of AI solutions in operational environments. Conceptual or academic exposure alone will not be considered.
