DISCO is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to define and operationalize the use of artificial intelligence across the enterprise. This individual will partner cross-functionally with business leaders and process owners to identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role operates in the grey space between business process and technology and will lean heavily on hands-on technical skills and translating business processes into scalable, AI-enabled solutions. You will serve as the bridge between business functions and technical capabilities, ensuring AI is deployed in practical, high-impact ways across the organizatio

What You'll Do

Enterprise AI Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with leaders and process owners across business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
  • Translate business workflows into AI-enabled solutions (automation, augmentation, decision support)
  • Develop business case and ROI models for AI investments
  • Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, scalability, ease of implementation, and alignment with DISCO's strategy

Build & Deploy AI Solutions

  • Personally build and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude Code/Cowork, Workato, and Amazon Bedrock
  • Partner with Business Technology and the AI Innovation Lab, where deeper integration is required, but independently drive lightweight solutions.
  • Design and implement prompt engineering strategies and reusable templates
  • Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks to scale responsible, secure AI adoption.
  • Implements AI testing strategy using AI testing frameworks to ensure continuous quality improvement 

Change Management & Enablement

  • Train and enable teams to adopt AI tools effectively and securely in their day-to-day workflows
  • Work in partnership with the AI Governance Team and the AI Champions network to establish best practices, governance, and usage guidelines
  • Build AI literacy and act as an internal evangelist to drive an “AI-first” mindset across the company through workshops, office hours and self-service resources

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define success metrics (time saved, cost reduction, revenue impact)
  • Continuously iterate on solutions based on feedback and performance data
  • Create executive dashboards to track AI adoption and impact
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and improve processes
  • Partner with Program Management to communicate the impact of AI to the organization
Who You Are
  • 8–12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or technology roles
  • Background at firms like McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, or similar high-performance environments
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and technology-enabled process transformation
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI/automation solutions with production-grade testing in a business setting
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, cost reduction, time savings) through technology initiatives
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex workflows
  • High business acumen across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, Ops)
  • Working knowledge of modern AI tools (LLMs, Agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, workflow automation)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data analysis and visualization skills (SQL, Python, dashboarding tools)
  • Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices
