## About the role

 As an AI Trainer, you'll work with our AI engineering team to train, evaluate, and improve AI models through human feedback and data annotation. You'll review AI-generated responses, identify areas for improvement, create high-quality prompts, and help ensure our AI solutions produce accurate, safe, and helpful results. Your work will directly influence the performance of AI products used by clients across multiple industries.

Strong written and spoken English is essential, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving AI communication quality.

## Responsibilities

### AI Training & Evaluation

* Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, relevance, factual accuracy, and safety.
* Write clear prompts and expected responses to improve AI model performance.
* Provide structured feedback that helps refine AI behavior.
* Identify inconsistencies, hallucinations, and areas where model performance can be improved.

### Data Quality

* Annotate, classify, and label datasets according to project guidelines.
* Validate training data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Help maintain high-quality datasets for AI model development.
* Document findings and communicate recurring issues to engineering teams.

### Collaboration

* Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
* Participate in calibration sessions to maintain annotation consistency.
* Contribute ideas for improving training workflows and evaluation standards.

### Continuous Improvement

* Stay informed about advancements in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
* Learn new annotation methodologies and evaluation techniques.
* Help improve internal documentation, guidelines, and best practices.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to follow detailed guidelines while maintaining consistent quality.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation tools, and online annotation platforms.
* Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

## Nice to Have

 * Experience with AI data annotation, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation.
* Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
* Basic understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or Generative AI concepts.
* Experience using SQL, Python, or scripting for data analysis.
* Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
