We’re looking for a passionate AI partnership manager to join our team and lead partnerships with key players across the AI landscape. As an AI Tech Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and developing strategic relationships with the most relevant AI technology providers to enhance and expand our product capabilities. You’ll own the full lifecycle of partnership development, from mapping and evaluation to product integration and joint go-to-market (GTM) execution.


About The Role
  • Identify and evaluate AI companies across the tech stack (foundation models, APIs, dev tools) based on their potential to enrich monday.com’s product suite.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership process from scouting and outreach to signing strategic partnership agreements with selected AI vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product, R&D and Legal teams to drive deep, scalable integrations with top tier AI solutions.
  • Work with leading LLM providers to build strong working relationships, coordinate on shared product roadmaps, and lead joint GTM initiatives that maximize exposure to the latest technologies.
  • Represent monday.com in the AI ecosystem and act as a bridge between our product vision and external innovation.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product partnerships roles within the tech environment.
  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape including LLMs, AI infrastructure, and productized AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of initiating, structuring, and closing complex partnership deals.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Marketing, and R&D teams to launch impactful integrations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Can confidently engage with executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Can go from idea to execution quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Passion for AI, innovation, and building new things that make a difference.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $135 - 170K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
