The AI Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Analyst will drive responsible AI integration across business operations, develop governance frameworks, and enhance productivity through AI tools and strategies in various functions.
Position Overview We are seeking an AI Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Analyst to guide the responsible integration of AI across business operations. This role will evaluate emerging AI technologies including AI agents and workflow automation tools, and develop governance frameworks, use cases, and implementation roadmaps that enhance productivity across the business. The ideal candidate combines healthcare industry knowledge, AI fluency, business process insight, and strong policy judgment to ensure AI is deployed responsibly, securely, and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Governance
- Develop AI-related policies ensuring ethical use, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity alignment.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI usage, including human-in-the-loop oversight and risk controls.
- Collaborate with various department heads and key identified individuals to determine where and how to implement AI for the best business impact.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as AI vendors or research institutions, to pilot cutting-edge technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
Enterprise AI Enablement (Business Functions)
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to deploy AI agents across business functions such as Support, Implementation, Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Finance/Accounting.
- Conduct workflow analyses to determine where AI agents can improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Design pilot programs and phased rollouts for AI-enabled business processes.
- Partner with IT to evaluate AI platforms (LLM-based systems, automation tools, agent orchestration tools).
- Integrate AI with existing enterprise systems (e.g., via APIs or low-code platforms) to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Establish ROI measurement frameworks for AI productivity initiatives.
- Develop internal guidelines for responsible AI prompting and usage.
- Create AI adoption playbooks and training materials for employees.
- Serve as an internal advisor on AI best practices and emerging trends.
- Promote AI literacy across the organization.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Required Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in AI strategy, data analytics, digital transformation, or business process optimization.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, including:
- Generative AI platforms (LLMs)
- AI agent frameworks or workflow automation tools
- Data analytics platforms
- Proficiency in Python coding.
- Proficiency in data querying and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) for analyzing AI impact and ROI.
- Experience evaluating AI solutions for enterprise productivity.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business units
Preferred Experience
- Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience implementing automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (Salesforce and ERP).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in AI deployment.
- Certifications in AI ethics, governance, or related areas (e.g., Certified AI Ethics Professional or Google Cloud AI/ML certifications).
