About CAMP Aviate

CAMP Aviate brings together aviation ERP solutions, AI products, workflow applications, and integration capabilities to help aviation businesses plan and operate more effectively. Our AI Solutions include AI Operations Manager, AI Technician, and AI Analyst. They can work with CAMP ERP products or complement other enterprise systems.

The opportunity

Buying an AI solution is the beginning. Customers realize value when the right people use it in the right workflow and trust the result. We are looking for an Adoption Manager to guide that transition from the late sales stage through deployment, training, sustained use, and measurable operational value.

You will work closely with customer leaders and front-line users, as well as our Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams. You will investigate why usage is or is not taking hold and help the customer make practical changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Join significant opportunities before signature to understand intended outcomes, users, sponsors, and adoption requirements.
  • Build customer adoption plans covering workflows, training, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and measures of value.
  • Guide customers through kickoff, technical deployment, initial use, and integration into normal operations.
  • Train and coach users and managers; check whether training changes actual behavior.
  • Use product activity and direct customer conversations to diagnose low usage, workflow friction, weak sponsorship, and other barriers.
  • Identify risk early, coordinate recovery plans, and keep the relevant customer and CAMP teams informed.
  • Capture product issues and enhancement requests with clear context on users and operational impact, then follow up on their disposition.
  • Document adoption health and customer value for the ongoing account team; identify opportunities for broader use and customer advocacy.

You have:

  • At least four years in enterprise Customer Success, technology adoption, implementation, change management, consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Evidence that you have helped customers change how people work after software goes live.
  • Strong project coordination, facilitation, training, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work credibly with executives, operational managers, technical teams, and front-line users.
  • Comfort with AI, analytics, data-driven products, or complex enterprise software.
  • Curiosity and persistence in diagnosing the real reason adoption stalls, followed by clear action and follow-through.
  • Willingness to travel when on-site engagement will materially improve customer outcomes.
