We are seeking an AI Project Manager to lead internal AI initiatives that enhance how our teams work. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner closely with AI Enablement Leads to bring forward-thinking projects to life. You’ll be responsible for mapping project timelines, driving execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions that improve internal workflows, productivity, and collaboration—helping shape the future of work within our organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our AI Review Board and department-level AI Enablement Leads, to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Track adoption metrics to continuously iterate and improve
- Create and maintain an organization-wide tracking of use-cases, tools, and cost analysis to influence our AI strategy
- Identify and report on productivity gains and resourcing efficiencies
Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in our company’s mission, vision, values, culture, and policies. You will build strong relationships with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to understand their priorities, challenges, and perspectives on AI. During this time, you will assess the current state of how we operate and identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable productivity gains. Leveraging your ability to clearly define challenges, you will begin mapping how AI can contribute to effective, ethical solutions that align with our organizational goals.
In your first 60 days, your focus will shift to identifying and prioritizing high-impact business problems that can be addressed with AI solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define clear objectives, success metrics, and potential use cases for AI implementation. Using your technical expertise, you will analyze these challenges and present well-defined, actionable solutions. You will also develop a comprehensive roadmap for AI transformation, outlining key projects, timelines, and resource requirements. Additionally, you will lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to educate stakeholders on AI’s potential, foster alignment around shared goals, and ensure ethical principles guide all AI initiatives.
In your first 90 days, you will launch AI pilot projects, ensuring they are designed to deliver measurable outcomes and align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will establish processes to monitor and evaluate the performance of these initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and scale successful solutions. Throughout this period, you will proactively manage risks, dependencies, and challenges, escalating them to senior leadership as needed. By applying ethical decision-making and maintaining transparency, you will provide regular updates on progress, achievements, and lessons learned to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged in the transformation journey.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in AI or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of AI and its capabilities in a business context
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Creative problem-solver with a bias for action, experimentation, and iteration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working collaboratively with diverse project teams as well as senior and executive leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 10-15%

The salary range for this opportunity is $110,500 - $130,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
