  • Partner with change management resources to drive adoption of new AI-enabled workflows.

Governance & Standards

  • Uphold PMO standards for documentation, project intake, reporting, and lifecycle governance.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of AI project templates, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of AI use cases, data considerations, and operational handoffs.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience preparing and delivering presentations, executive briefings, and strategic updates to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models, or enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, UiPath, or similar).

  • Prior experience within a PMO or COO/Operations function.
