AI Process Automation Specialist

The Opportunity: We are seeking a results-oriented AI Process Automation, to spearhead our efforts in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to automate manual processes across the organization. This is a critical role that will work cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, HR, Engineering) to identify automation opportunities, design and implement AI-powered solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Do:

• Strategy & Roadmap Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI process automation strategy aligned with the company's strategic goals and operational needs.
• Identify high-impact areas for AI-driven automation across all departments, considering both efficiency gains and improved employee/customer experience.
• Create and manage a roadmap for AI automation initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business value, feasibility, and resource availability.
• Solution Design & Implementation:
• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions (e.g., RPA, intelligent document processing, natural language processing, machine learning for data analysis).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Work closely with Engineering and IT teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee the testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of automated processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management:
• Act as a central point of contact and subject matter expert for AI automation initiatives.
• Educate and evangelize the benefits of AI automation across the organization.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new automated processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and propose automation opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and ROI of automation initiatives.
• Monitor the performance of automated processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements.
• Report on the progress and impact of AI automation efforts to senior leadership.
• Technology Evaluation & Vendor Management:
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and vendors that can enhance our automation capabilities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation, with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Proven experience in a SaaS environment, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions that have delivered measurable business impact.
• Solid understanding of various AI/ML concepts and techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, generative AI).
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and intelligent automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A proactive, self-starter mentality with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with specific AI/ML frameworks or libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS AI/ML services, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI).
• Experience working with a data science team or in a data-intensive role.
