The Product Manager serves as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for Copilot Studio, translating rapidly evolving Microsoft AI capabilities into an enterprise product strategy and roadmap. The role partners closely with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other business teams to establish a sustainable enterprise agent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and agent capabilities for business value, enterprise readiness, governance requirements, and service impact.
  • Define success measures for adoption, service health, governance, user experience, and responsible AI consumption.
  • Define governance and operating models for emerging capabilities such as autonomous agents, agent identities, multi-agent solutions, and enterprise agent discovery.
