The AI Onboarding Transformation Lead is responsible for leading and evolving the Capital Markets onboarding function across all geographies, including the U.S. and India, with a strong focus on driving adoption and effective use of our suite of 15 AI-enabled onboarding tools. This role provides hands-on guidance, strategic direction, and operational support to global onboarding resources, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the transformation of onboarding through AI, including the integration of machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation into core workflows. The role will champion the design and deployment of new AI-driven capabilities that reduce manual effort, increase data accuracy, improve onboarding cycle time, and enhance the overall client experience.

Description:

Leads the transformation of onboarding and conversion processes through the design, implementation, and adoption of AI-driven tools and workflows, driving efficiencies and elevating client delivery standards across global teams.

Owns end-to-end delivery for onboarding and value-add projects, leveraging AI to accelerate timelines, reduce risk, and improve resource allocation. Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously across U.S. and India-based teams.

Partners with Sales and Product teams support onboarding and conversion planning, providing AI-enhanced project estimates, timelines, risk assessments, and solution opportunities for inclusion in proposals and contracts.

Leads high-performing onboarding professionals, equipping them with the training, support, and tools needed to maximize productivity through AI-enabled solutions and ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Drives standardization and best practices by integrating AI tools into the conversion lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Broadridge methodologies, templates, and compliance requirements while continuously identifying areas for automation.

Serves as a key client interface, including with senior executives, to communicate project status, expectations, and strategic vision, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to post go-live support.

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize AI tool enhancements, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of capabilities aligned with business needs.

Oversees issue management and escalation protocols, using AI-based analytics and real-time monitoring to proactively detect risks or delays, and ensures timely communication with senior Broadridge stakeholders.

Monitors financial performance across onboarding projects, including AI-driven operational reporting and dashboards. Publishes financial metrics regularly and takes action to correct deviations from targets.

Champions continuous improvement and innovation, using AI insights to drive process enhancements. Leads regular audits of onboarding documentation, tools, and processes to ensure excellence and compliance.

Stay current with latest AI/ML trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation ensuring the organization remains competitive in the AI/ML space

Develops and executes long-term onboarding transformation strategies, aligned with GTO’s broader objectives, Broadridge’s innovation agenda, and client demands for faster, more accurate, and scalable onboarding.

Leads key operational cadences such as monthly/quarterly reviews and year-end wrap-ups, ensuring all AI transformation and onboarding milestones are met in line with enterprise governance and reporting standards.

Ensures all Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program documentation includes AI tools and workflows, maintaining compliance with corporate standards for resilience and recovery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in project, program, or transformation management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional, AI-driven initiatives across global teams (e.g., U.S. and India).
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; with certifications in AI, Data Science, Business, or Technology strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML-driven transformation initiatives, including the implementation of intelligent automation, predictive analytics, NLP, and data-driven onboarding solutions.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and principles, such as supervised/unsupervised learning, generative AI, data labeling, model drift, algorithm selection, and model governance.
  • Experience working with AI platforms and tools, including but not limited to TensorFlow, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, IBM Watson, or OpenAI, as well as data engineering pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value, aligning transformation strategies with revenue goals, client experience enhancements, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a customer-first perspective and a passion for scaling AI adoption across enterprise onboarding and service teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through complex AI and change management landscapes.
  • Proven experience with cloud-native enterprise systems, data integration, and secure, ethical AI deployment practices.
  • Strong track record of building and mentoring global teams, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI usage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate AI transformation roadmaps to both technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated agility in managing ambiguity and evolving AI technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Salary range $180,000.00- $200,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
